  • Original Artworks: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after purchase.

  • Limited Edition Prints: Please allow 10-14 business days for printing and preparation.

  • We’ll notify you once your order is ready to ship and provide a tracking number where applicable.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer free worldwide shipping.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Germany & EU: 3–7 business days

    • International (US, UK, etc.): 5–10 business days

    • Remote areas: May take longer depending on courier availability

5. Packaging

  • Artworks are securely packed in protective, custom-made packaging to prevent damage.

  • All items are handled with the utmost care and attention to detail.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

  • We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.
