Artwork dimension: 20 (W) x 20 (H) x 2 cm

Original artwork by Kristin Kossi 2022. Acrylic, collage, spray paint, epoxy on canvas. Signed and dated.

 About the artwork:

This small but powerful piece celebrates the timeless allure of Marilyn Monroe in a sensual, expressive composition. “Beautiful Mini Monroe” captures the essence of Marilyn not just as a Hollywood icon, but as a symbol of vulnerability, desire, and self-expression.

Layered with rich textures, graffiti elements, and the bold word “love,” the painting features two striking quotes:
“I don’t want to make money” and “I just want to be beautiful.”
Together, they reflect Marilyn’s inner conflict between fame and identity — the pursuit of beauty not for profit, but as a form of personal truth.

This 20 × 20 cm mini original is a collector’s gem — intimate in size, iconic in spirit. Signed and ready to add a spark of sensuality and pop power to any space.

My work lives at the intersection of bold pop culture and personal reflection. Through layered textures, iconic characters, and unexpected juxtapositions, I explore the contradictions of modern life — glamour and grit, success and satire, chaos and clarity. Much of my work reimagines familiar faces — from cartoon legends to luxury icons — not to glorify them, but to question them, twist them, and ultimately make them my own. Characters like Mr. Monopoly, Bugs Bunny, or Homer Simpson become vessels to talk about ambition, abundance, and the absurdity of our times. It’s all pop — but it’s also deeply personal.

At the heart of it, I believe in art as transformation. I believe in creativity not just as a medium, but as a way of life — to shift perspective, to provoke thought, and to connect.
