Original artwork by Kristin Kossi 2025. Acrylic, spray paint on un-stretched canvas. Signed and dated. Framing on request.

 About the artwork:

In Just Relax Mickey, the iconic mouse struts forward with unapologetic confidence—casually pointing outward as if delivering a cosmic truth:
"Relax. The universe is rich, and so are you."

Mickey becomes more than a cartoon—he’s a cool, streetwise guru of abundance. His swagger isn’t just about attitude; it’s a reminder to let go of hustle-induced panic and trust the flow of life. This artwork fuses playful nostalgia with a deeper message about wealth, mindset, and ease. It’s a wink to the inner child and a nudge to the grown-up dreamer: abundance starts with your vibe. So take Mickey’s advice—just relax.

This is not just a painting. It’s a permission slip to breathe, trust, and attract like a magnet.

My work lives at the intersection of bold pop culture and personal reflection. Through layered textures, iconic characters, and unexpected juxtapositions, I explore the contradictions of modern life — glamour and grit, success and satire, chaos and clarity. Much of my work reimagines familiar faces — from cartoon legends to luxury icons — not to glorify them, but to question them, twist them, and ultimately make them my own. Characters like Mr. Monopoly, Bugs Bunny, or Homer Simpson become vessels to talk about ambition, abundance, and the absurdity of our times. It’s all pop — but it’s also deeply personal.

At the heart of it, I believe in art as transformation. I believe in creativity not just as a medium, but as a way of life — to shift perspective, to provoke thought, and to connect.
